I’m Alexandra, a maternity photographer based in Buftea, passionate about maternity photography and the emotions each pregnancy brings. I changed careers from banking after the birth of my sons, because I realised how precious these moments are — and as a maternity photographer I dedicate every session to creating warm, authentic memories. My approach to a maternity session is simple and sincere: natural light, a soft palette and minimalist styling highlight femininity and the connection between the expectant mother and her partner. My style leans toward lifestyle photography — I don’t chase the perfection of a pose, but rather seek emotion, genuine smiles and tender touches. I often use lots of white and gentle lighting to achieve bright & airy maternity photos that feel timeless. I specialise in maternity photography: I recommend scheduling your maternity session between 28–35 weeks, when the belly is nicely rounded and most mothers-to-be feel comfortable. Sessions last about 1 hour and can take place in my studio in the northern area (Corbeanca / Bucovina near Buftea) or outdoors in carefully selected locations north of the capital. Upon booking, you’ll receive a preparation guide with clothing and logistical recommendations to ensure everything runs smoothly and relaxed. My process is friendly and pressure-free: we discuss expectations and location in advance, confirm details at booking and can adjust the date if needed. On the day of the session I create a warm, relaxed atmosphere so that pregnancy photos come out natural and full of tenderness. Images are professionally edited and delivered within a maximum of 2 weeks.
